Cenosco developed the web-based Integrity Management System (IMS). The IMS RCM Module is a tool to help with the optimization of an asset’s preventive maintenance plans. It supports the user to prioritize equipment based on risk. From the equipment’s risk profile, the best maintenance plan can be determined. This can be done manually or with library functions. This leads to safer assets with cost-effective maintenance plans and higher plant availability.

Pros & Limitations
1
The easy to use web-based user interface guides you through all 7 steps of a detailed RCM assessment
1
An extensive library of suggested preventive maintenance tasks related to Failure Modes and Equipment Types (based on 30 years of industry experience), can help to easily set up a basic maintenance plan
1
Advanced dashboard features give a complete and up-to-date overview of the asset availability
1
Track all events in the equipment’s lifetime, e.g. scheduled maintenance, inspections and leaks
1
Interface to your ERP system to align the asset hierarchy and maintenance tasks (repairs and defects)
1
Create your own guided checklist, configured to your particular needs. Furthermore, you will get Smart recommendations for your process based on your particular scenario.
