AAS Outlet connection system

The AAS outlet connection system is used for low-dust emptying (up to AGW / OEL 1,000 - 5,000 μg/m³) of big bags with or without inliner and has double protection against dust escape. The room and operator are protected from coarse contamination. The AAS is used in particular when handling less dangerous and dusty bulk materials in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

The outlet connection system is characterized by its easy handling. To empty, all you have to do is put the tied big bag outlet over the inner tube and clamp it with the sealing flange. The latter works with the two-hand lever technology. If done correctly, this ensures that the operator cannot squeeze his fingers between the sealing flange and the outer tube. When connecting the big bag outlet, wrinkles can form on the inner tube from which product can escape. To prevent this, the “double ring”, consisting of an outer and inner tube, acts as additional protection. The product is then collected in this space and fed back into the product stream. If big bags with different outlet diameters are used, the inner tube can be exchanged to adapt the AAS to the respective container. To displace excess air, the entire system including the big bag can be dedusted via the extraction port and evacuated after emptying.
