INTEGRATI® efficiently mines and analyzes project data through API integrations and algorithms with minimal user input. It creates detailed quantitative models, including Scope (interactive WBS), Schedule (Gantt Charts), and breakdown structures for Time, Cost, Emissions, and Risks, using parametric, bottom-up, and probabilistic estimates, refined with historical project data. It also formulates six distinct procurement strategies, incorporating contingencies and management reserves, and adapts to dynamic pricing based on project scope or quantity changes.
