The Energy industry has become more technology-intensive over the years, and the pace of technological change within the sector is accelerating.  But how should an organization manage the development, deployment, and use of new innovations that are emerging within the industry?  This course gives participants knowledge of how innovation and R&D happen within the sector and, by teaching them how to apply a broad range of tools, shows them how they can get better results from their organization’s innovation-related activities. The course also equips participants with the tools and processes to get the technology deployed and maximize outcomes.

Our Workshop Technology Deployment: How to get it done and maximise outcomes! is based on over 20 years of strategic and hands-on experience with technology deployment. We understand what it takes to get technology deployed, including all change management aspects. During these sessions, we share key insights on the industry best practices that address the most pressing business challenges as well as discuss the tools and processes to optimise your workflow. Participants will then get a chance to apply the learnings in small group exercises.

The workshop will be held virtually. If preferred, it can also be delivered at your premises, at an additional cost. Since the start of our company in 2018, >400 people have attended one of the workshops.

There is no limit to the number of people that can attend the workshop. 

The standard duration of the workshop is 4 hours, but it can also be extended to a full day or two full days, such that the topics are covered in more depth and people have an opportunity to apply the tools and learnings during multiple exercises.
