zepp.generator: Containerized generator sets
zepp.solutions provides an integrated stationary power solution as a true alternative to conventional diesel power systems.
zepp.solutions develops and supplies containerised hydrogen generator sets as a clean and drop-in alternative to diesel gensets. These zero-emission systems are built around our proven X150 fuel cell technology and deliver high electrical output combined with excellent system efficiency and fast load response.
The genset range covers continuous power outputs of 150, 300, 450 and 600 kW, with peak capacities of up to 1 MW. Each unit includes an integrated lithium-ion battery system, ranging from 80 to 300 kWh depending on the configuration, enabling black-start capability and smooth handling of dynamic loads. System efficiency is between 52% and 62%, with typical hydrogen consumption at full load starting at 8.65 kg/h for the 150 kW variant.
All electrical, safety, cooling and control systems are fully integrated into standard 10 or 20 ft ISO containers. The units are engineered to operate in harsh conditions, from -30°C to +50°C and up to 2000 m altitude, with low noise emissions under 68 dB(A).
By drawing hydrogen directly from tube trailers or containerised tanks, these systems enable fully off-grid, multi-MWh energy supply. This makes them ideal for use cases like backup power, data centres, EV charging, combined heat and power setups, construction sites, or remote infrastructure.
