zepp.europa: H2 Fuel Cell Truck
The first hydrogen-powered truck that doesn’t require compromises
zepp.solutions develops and supplies the Europa, a long-range hydrogen fuel cell truck that delivers the performance and usability of a conventional diesel truck, but without the emissions. Based on the Mercedes-Benz Actros chassis and powered by zepp’s X150 fuel cell system, Europa combines proven vehicle architecture with zero-emission propulsion.
The current Europa First Edition runs on 350 bar hydrogen and offers more than 700 km of range. Starting in 2026, the Europa Series Edition will be available with a 700 bar configuration, increasing the range to over 1000 km per fill. Both versions support fast refuelling in under 20 minutes and deliver more than 400 kW of continuous traction power. The integrated hydrogen storage and 100+ kWh battery ensure strong performance in long-haul operations.
Europa is available in 4x2 and 6x2 configurations and is fully compatible with 13.6 m (45 ft) trailers. Low-deck and ADR-approved versions can be supplied on request. Thanks to EU allowances for zero-emission trucks, Europa maintains a payload similar to its diesel equivalent.
With this platform, zepp.solutions offers a mature and practical route to decarbonising road transport, without trade-offs on range, refuelling or capability.
