XAMIN Management of Change (MoC) is a digital platform to allow effective and efficient MoC throughout your business.
The application has been developed in collaboration with industry and builds upon Xodus’ knowledge and understanding of MoC best practices. Our experts can also offer support to help develop and refine existing MoC processes prior to implementing the XAMIN system.
Change scopes can be managed from initiation through to closeout via one or multiple workflows which can be configured to align with the clients existing working practices, and tailored to suit user requirements.
XAMIN MoC ensures all changes are fully assessed to identify both opportunities and risks, ensuring the optimal solution is progressed using built-in configurable risk matrices to prioritise and rank solutions.
