TestLog

The Eztek TestLog is an industrial digital capture workshop recorder which was developed from the thought process of “how can we go digital and improve what the industry currently used”. Continuous improvement requirements, from global operators and service companies alike, large and small,  has helped make the Testlog a vital instrument in the testing workshop environment.

Introduction of a TestLog pressure logger package into a workshop testing facility, which can be configured to individual requirements, will upgrade that facility and bring it up to today’s industry expectation and will future proof through software upgrades. 

Digital capture with TestLog has several additional and fundamental benefits, TestLog reduces personal risk as the workforce can now be totally remote from any high pressure of gas or liquid.

TestLog has built in stability analytics to monitor the test within a pre-set criteria which helps reduce time which converts to higher productivity and improved efficiency. 

Eztek, when designing TestLog, were aware that accidentally over pressuring of equipment during testing operations happened on a regular basis, which impacted the end user in many ways. Therefore TestLog includes a pressure limiting valve that prevents test equipment from being over pressured. The impact of this feature has significantly reduced risk, to personnel and equipment.

TestLog typically records:

Pressure, flow, temperature, load cell capture,  torque data capture.

Typical workshop use:

Variable sample rates have allowed for flexibility in the workplace to suit a variety of testing requirements, including jar testing and shear testing. These digital recorders are typically used in the development and manufacturing process or preplanned periodic recertification of pressure equipment. 

Overlaying multi test lines simultaneously gives transparency on equipment status and allows for faster root cause analysis. 

TestLog is used daily, around the world, for testing a wide range of critical equipment: SSSV and other completion equipment, preload out equipment BOP’s, Subsea trees, Surface trees, Subsea landing strings, Wireline PCE, CTU equipment, Welltesting equipment and DST equipment.

The TestLog software enables quick test reports to be automatically created using recorded data, digital signature uplift increases accountability and verification should a 3rd party be on site or working remotely. 

Eztek TallyBook systems form part of the company's rental fleet and are available for short and long term contracts with quick turnarounds.
