The intelligent wireless pressure sensors from SENSA.iO are designed to monitor the pressure of gas and liquid within a specific pipeline or equipment on large-scale production sites. This improves safety and performance at remote locations and in hazardous industrial environments with live, intelligent technology.

Due to their high corrosion resistance, these wireless pressure transmitters are suitable for all hazardous locations, including within zone 1 areas where the presence of flammable gases or dust is possible. This includes petrochemical plants, offshore/onshore sites, steel plants, and more.

SENSA.iO wireless pressure sensors use LoRaWAN for remote communication. LoRaWAN has excellent sensitivity reception, good radio interference capacity, a communication distance of 10km, and even further under optimum communication conditions.

The modular design and structure of SENSA.iO Wireless pressure sensors make it easy to replace batteries as there is no need to remove them from the pipeline. They can also be installed anywhere in the factory without any cable wiring work. This makes their on-site maintenance quick and easy.

SENSA.iO sensors can also be intuitively configured and remotely monitored using an Android or iOS smartphone or device with Bluetooth 5.0.
