Our proud ERS sealant is a time activated sealant which offers excellent rheology and mechanical property after crosslinking. With EverGreen team expertise in 12 years of practices, ERS is very often one of the best solutions for tubing/casing hanger leak shut off, Control Line permanent abandonment, Casing leak shut off, Depleted zone shut off, Frac hit shut off, Packer leak shut off and Annulus pressure buildup rectification. ERS can hold up to 15000 psi differential pressure after crosslinking. Pure ERS is a pure liquid and can be easily pumped or squeezed into well. 

Our proud PGS sealant is also a time activated sealant which offers superior rheology (delayed crosslinking) and comprehensive mechanical property after crosslinking. PGS is very often one of the best solutions for Water Shut Off, Tubing leak shut off, Packer leak shut off, Sand control and leak mitigation. PGS can hold minimum 1500 psi differential pressure after crosslinking and is a viscous fluid easy to pump and squeeze. 

Our proud VBond sealant is a time activated sealant which offers good rheology and excellent mechanical property after crosslinking. It functions like elastomer and penetrates various leaks on wellhead such as seepage, small leak, moderate leak and heavy leaks in neck seal, tubing/casing hanger, control line and surface valve. VBond can hold up to 5000 psi differential pressure after crosslinking and is friendly to pump and squeeze. 

Our Proud EG-PAS sealant is a pressure activated sealant which offers superior rheology and mechanical property after crosslinking. EG-PAS is also deployed when no milling and flushing can be done after shut off. Offshore operators often prefer such an economical method to shut off various leaks in wellhead and downhole. EG-PAS can secure high success rate when the leak on wellhead or downhole is small but not tiny.

• The material is safe and non DG to environment for all personal involved.

• It is a complex, dry polymer blend that is mixed on site and administered through existing valves or ports on the well head.

• After injection, it is recommended to let the sealant cure for 24 hours.
EG-PAS
• Pressure Activated Sealant
• EG-PAS® is designed to shut off small leaks at wellhead neck seal, void space and control line. It also provide a cost effective remediation for donwhole leak shut off where multiple small leaks presents at uncertain depths such as tubing small leaks, casing small leaks and packer small leaks.
• Temperatures range: 10℃ to 150℃
• Maximum Pressure: 13,000 psi
• Small leak defined as 150 ml/min @5000psi for a single leak
• Salinity: work under 100,000 mg/L salinity
• Density: 1.05-1.20 SG
