Description: 

RockSolid™ is a fully rig-less solution that reinstates caprock integrity across the entire cross-section of the well by creating a robust, impermeable, rock-to-rock, gas-tight barrier. The system utilizes a proprietary bismuth-thermite reaction to melt away casing and cement, before solidifying into a continuous bismuth-alloy-based barrier that bonds and conforms to the original borehole geometry. This barrier combines the unique properties of bismuth alloys with advanced thermite technology, ensuring a robust and permanent seal. RockSolid™ offers the only solution on the market capable of deploying a full cross-sectional bismuth alloy barrier in a single wireline run, making it the optimal P&A solution for wells with integrity issues.

Application:

RockSolid™ is suitable for well integrity remediation as an alternative to punch & squeeze, perf wash cement, and section milling. Its unique design ensures a complete and permanent barrier, making it highly effective in a wide range of well environments. Due to the unparalleled corrosion resistance properties of the bismuth alloy, RockSolid™ is particularly well-suited for wells with corrosive fluids, including CO2, H2S, and other sour environments
