Pipeline Smartbox
Solution to simplify your plant
Page last modified
April 11 2024
Plant optimization is achieved by improving the efficiency of the different phases and reducing the number of vehicles involved. It is key to reduce the risk of interference from the machines during the different phases. Our challenge is to find solutions that allow us to insert complete and self-contained systems inside standard containers that can be applied to any type of self-propelled vehicle, in this case on production lines.
Pros & Limitations
1
Mobile and self-contained systems
1
Adapted to work in extreme climatic conditions
1
Reduce pieces of equipment involved on site
1
Easily transportable due to the standard dimensions of the container
1
Interchangeability and standardization of tractor type in the pipeline
0
Some equipment requires changes before being installed inside Smartbox
0
Need clear scope of work to better prepare and set up the system
