AI-Driven Energy & Asset Optimization Platform
OptiEnergy is an AI-driven energy and asset optimization platform that uses real-time plant and control system data to continuously improve how gas-fired generators, hybrid power systems, and industrial loads are operated. The system ingests data from generators, process equipment, and environmental sensors, applies physics-based and machine-learning models to understand true performance and losses, and then recommends or automatically applies optimal setpoints and dispatch strategies.
OptiEnergy optimizes across multiple objectives - fuel cost, efficiency, emissions intensity, reliability, and user-defined KPIs - at both unit and fleet level. Operators can start in advisory mode, viewing recommendations and quantified impacts (e.g., fuel savings, CO₂e reduction, avoided run hours), and then progress to partial or full closed-loop control where appropriate, within defined safety and operating envelopes.
The platform is designed for fast deployment using existing DCS/SCADA/PLC and historian infrastructure, with dashboards and alerts for operators, engineers, and management. When combined with VL Energy’s ES-PEMS, OptiEnergy uses compliance-grade emissions data as part of the optimization objective, enabling operators to simultaneously reduce energy cost and emissions intensity while maintaining regulatory confidence.
