OilPaq - Produced Water Treatment System
Field proven ceramic membranes for treating produced water
Produced Water and Fracking Flowback water, treated to re-injection levels in one solution. The APATEQ OilPaq treatment system replaces multi-stage phase-based separation in one skid-mounted solution. A combination of UF Ceramic plate membranes and solids removal technologies are integrated into one package, to achieve flexible, robust, and high-efficiency treatment. With years of proven field experience, the OilPaq is proven to deliver discharge and re-injection specifications, across a wide range of wastewater types, with robust reliable self-cleaning capabilities. It serves as full treatment of produced water for re-injection in SWDs but also as a pre-treatment for any subsequent treatment steps to convert produced water for beneficial use.
