High Pressure Nitrogen Flow Meter

Integra-Cone addresses the need for a highly accurate flow meter for measuring high pressure nitrogen, during coiled tubing operations, gas lift, well cleanout, foam cementing and pipeline purging operations. It has no moving parts and replaces a turbine flowmeter, pressure transmitter and a temperature transmitter with a single device.

GM Flow recognised these issues and based on customers’ requests, produced Integra-Cone™ nitrogen gas flow meter. This device offers a rugged and accurate differential pressure product for nitrogen gas and now commonly pumped liquids. Integra-Cone™ has the required working pressure of 5,000 PSI or 10,000 PSI required for these applications.
