Global Analyzer Systems - Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS)
24/7 emissions monitoring availability utilizing Global's ultra reliable CEMS ensuring compliance to local regulations.
Global Analyzer Systems' state-of-the-art Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) System uses extractive dilution sampling technology for emissions sources (SO2, NOX, CO, CO2, O2, Total Reduced Sulphur (TRS) (CoS, CS2, H2S).
This system works by extracting a sample from the stack at a controlled, low flow rate and then mixing it with a high flow rate of diluent gas. This process reduces the sample's dew point sufficiently to enable the use of a freeze-protected sample transport line. The diluted sample is then conveyed to an analyzer rack at ground level, where the gas concentration is measured using an ambient range gas analyzer. The analyzer's output is scaled according to the dilution ratio to reflect the actual gas concentration.
Key Features and Advantages:
• Stability and Reliability: The success of the CEM system stems from the stability of the dilution system, which uses a proprietary critical orifice and eductor in conjunction with the high stability of modern ambient air range analyzers.
• Reduced Mechanical Failure: Global Analyzer Systems employs a pump-less analyzer system to further reduce moving parts and minimize the risk of failure.
• The system regulates the flow of stack gas using a precision-drilled, non-reactive critical orifice combined with a custom-engineered eductor. This combination ensures optimized reliability, accuracy, and stability.
• Extractive dilution technology stands out as one of the most competitive options for complying with strict and ever-changing regulations. By enhancing the reliability and accuracy of your CEM system, you can achieve significant financial benefits.
