FOCUS-ON is changing the flow, forever!

Page last modified

It is a first-of-its kind collaboration between two leading companies, SAMSON and KROHNE, active in the industrial valve and measuring instruments industry. This 50:50 joint-venture follows a clear vision to provide breakthrough and disruptive technologies that combine control and measurement philosophies with the end-goal being plant simplification. This brings substantial reduction of CAPEX and OPEX costs, enhanced capacity utilisation through innovative safety and reliability functionalities, and improved transparency of critical equipment (such as our device) and surrounding process loop. This is realised through communication of relevant device performance dashboard including predictive/preventive information through multiple channels 4-20mA, HART, EthernetIP, WiFi.

FOCUS-ON actually helps companies in process technology with four main goals.

Goal 1: Integration of components

Goal 2: Simplify communication

Goal 3 and 4: More transparency in the field
