Our Compact Shear & Seal (CSS) BOP valve is a modular and stackable assembly designed for surface and open water subsea well intervention operations where reduced size and weight is advantageous. It can simplify wellsite handling and logistics and improves efficiency and safety by avoiding heavy lifting and access restrictions.

Modular configuration: Available as single, dual, triple or quad stack-up.

Functionality: Delivers pipe ram, shear ram, and seal ram operations—independently or simultaneously.

Dimensions:

  • Single: 850 × 540 × 500 mm
  • Dual: 850 × 1080 × 500 mm (33.5” × 19.75” × 42.5”)

Weight: <1 tonne (50% lighter than conventional BOPs).

Bore sizes: 5-1/8” or 6-3/8".

Pressure rating: 5,000 psi.

Shear rating: 100,000 lbs.

Compatible media: Slickline, braided line, e-line cable, hollow rod, coiled tubing up to 2-7/8” (80–130 ksi), and e-coil.

Design features:

  • Internal actuator and piston housing for reduced envelope size
  • Field-replaceable inserts for seal changes and bore reconfiguration

Crane-free maintenance and redress at the wellsite

Integration: Compatible with Unity’s Rigless Subsea Access System (RSAS) and Surface Intervention System (SIS)

Deployment: Suitable for onshore and offshore operations; available for sale or rental

Support: Crossovers available to match client rig-up configurations; training provided for redress and maintenance
