The service follows an agile approach, guiding clients from introduction to building new AWS services within six weeks. In week 1, Cloutive shares migration stories, challenges, and strategies, conducts a technical session to discuss architectural design and migration strategy, and provides a proposal and timeline. In week 2, they deliver a test environment, and in week 3, they incorporate client feedback and prepare for go-live. Week 4 involves establishing a managed service and service-level agreement (SLA), and by week 6, the new AWS environment is delivered and ready for use.

They leverage their extensive experience with various AWS services to ensure best practices are followed and the migrated environment is optimized for the client's current and future needs.
