Blaze Flex-Flo

FLEX-FLO is a flexible piping technology developed by Blaze Manufacturing Solutions specifically for firewater deluge systems in asset life extension and decommissioning projects. It can also be used in new oil and gas, chemical processing, marine, drilling, renewable energy, and other industrial applications requiring heat radiation shielding.

The corrosion-free flexible piping is designed as an enhancement over traditional rigid piping for simplified installation and maintenance. It does not require production shutdowns for replacement and alterations. FLEX-FLO provides optimized firewater deluge with efficient flow rates and throw distances.

The flexible piping makes use of stainless steel corrugated tubing that can be bent into position. It connects via flanged fittings to interface with traditional pipework. The flanges allow for easy installation and future modifications. FLEX-FLO piping requires minimal structural steel support. It can be installed in long continuous lengths without joints, reducing leak potential. The smooth bore interior minimizes flow friction losses. FLEX-FLO provides a low maintenance, long service life piping solution to maximize safety and reduce total cost of ownership.
