As a young engineer, Luuk was not happy with the training courses available, and found himself competing for the time of senior colleagues to help out. He combined those points to start EngineeringTrainer.com, which is now being used by companies around the globe to develop the skills of their engineers. A great story.

The guest in the fifth episode is Luis Martinez, CEO at Frontline. During the years that he worked at Shell, he experienced some key pain points that inspired him to co-found Frontline: advanced artificial intelligence for project scheduling and turnaround planning. The best part of it: by definition, the outcome of Frontline is at least as good as the current plan, and in most cases a significant improvement. Fascinating.
