This year, ADIPEC focuses on AI, Digital and Technology across one of its tracks. In this context, we would like to highlight our new AI-driven anomaly detection and automated reporting system for System Integration Testing (SIT) on our PulseEight tools.
By combining machine learning models with physics-informed feature engineering, the system analyses millions of time-series data points from SIT sensor streams to detect anomalies like:
- Power drops
- Seal leaks
- Choke-position mismatches
Delivered through a web-based dashboard, the application:
- Ingests data directly from cloud-based storage
- Flags anomalies in near real time
- Generates standardized PDF compliance reports with a single click
This automation dramatically accelerates SIT workflows, reduces the risk of oversight, and lays the foundation for scalable condition monitoring across oil & gas assets.
