Plant Isolation designed software

We are looking for software package that can link to both the isolation management system and our smart P&IDs to design isolations on plant and equipment. We would like the software to be able to determine valve positions to provide isolation from the facility's main process, drain, vent and utilities, for example to ensure all process and utilities (water, N2 and air) energy sources have been isolated to the equipment based on the P&IDs this would then link to the isolation management systems and permit to complete the scope and provide a check on isolation designs.

We have not found anything on the market to do this and are keen to know if the tech cat team know of anything.
