Online Turbidimeter
Turbidity is one of the main parameters for produced water quality and it's currently only relying on sample analysis.
Turbidimeter options already exist on the market, however not specific to the requirement for implementation in offshore facilities, to be installed in the produced water lines with the following parameters:
The equipment must be ex (ie. ATEX) certified.
It is preferable that the transmitter has Wi-Fi capability.
We are sourcing 2 turbidimeters.
First one will be installed in a 10" line that works with pressure of 2 bar with flow of around 400 m3h, turbidity ranges from 5 NTU - 100 NTU.
Second one will be installed in a 10" line that works at atmospheric pressure with flow around 900 m3/h, turbidity will range from 0 NTU to 30 NTU.
Temperature between 60°C and 85°C
Supplier should have presence in Brazil.
