Monitoring oil in water (topside facilities or subsea)

We are looking for new oil-in-water measurements and monitoring technologies for offshore environments. The tool must be able to achieve the following: 

1. Provide accurate and real-time oil-in-water concentration measurements under harsh process conditions (especially high temperature and high potential of scale formation).
2. Deliver reliable measurement data consistently in harsh environments, with minimal maintenance and calibration requirements.
3. Accurately detect oil droplet size distribution and distinguish between dispersed oil, dissolved hydrocarbons, solids, and gas bubbles.
4. Integrate with existing topside control systems for automated monitoring and reporting.
5. Cost-effective solution.
