Accuracy and Precision: High accuracy and precision are essential, with a minimum detection limit of 0.1ppm.
Compliance: The equipment must comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Response Time: Maximum response time of  2min.
Maintenance: As low as possible calibration demand.
