Fast-curing Coating for Integrity Repair of Buried Pipeline

Description

We are looking for coating product/method for integrity repair/maintenance of underground transmission pipelines. The coating needs to be suitable for in-ditch field repair of large diameter (typically 30") pipes, keeping moisture out of the pipe surface at the buried depth while being non-CP shielding and non-SCC susceptible. Currently, FBE and liquid epoxy are the only two coating types that are deemed non-CP shielding and non-SCC susceptible. Liquid epoxy is commonly used in field repair work, but its slow curing delays backfilling the excavation. Tape coating with geotextile backing tends not to perform as well as claimed. Do you have a superior solution that is both efficient and effective for the pipeline industry?
