Erosion Management Tools (Monitoring and Mitigation)

We have been experiencing various erosion problems due to the presence of sand in our Upstream facilities (gas wells). For this reason we have been looking to build a comprehensive system for monitoring and controlling sand (up tu 100 microns). To do so we are looking for:

1. Intrusive elements for monitoring erosion at the entrance to the facilities
2. Non-intrusive elements for monitoring and quantifying sand downstream of the wells
3. Tool/software that allows us to correlate the values ​​obtained from 1 and 2

4.Chemical treatment alternatives to improve sand removal (for desanders located at wellheads)
 

On the other hand, thinking about damage mitigation, we are looking for internal surface treatment options and some Lining alternatives for the water system within the facilities that have good erosion performance (downstream of the separators).
