Block transformers

The World bank provided funds to PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” (the largest hydro power generating company in Ukraine) to purchase 2 block transformers 290 MVA/330 kV and 290 MVA/110 kV for Dniester HPP in Chernivtsi region (western part of Ukraine). 

Currently there is a tender announcement for invitation for Bids. Submission Deadline Date/Time is Oct 23, 2025 17:00.

PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” is going to purchase the following goods:

• 290 MVA (330 kV) block transformer for Dniester HPP – 1 pc.
• Main mandatory spare parts for 290 MVA (330 kV) block transformer – 1 set.
• Installation and commissioning supervision of 290 MVA (330 kV) block transformer for Dniester HPP – 1 service.
• Supervision over the pre-commissioning, preparation for long-term storage (conservation) (if necessary) with subsequent commissioning of 290 MVA (330 kV) block transformer for Dniester HPP – 1 service.
• 290 MVA (110 kV) block transformer for Dniester HPP – 1 pc.
• Main mandatory spare parts for 290 MVA (110 kV) block transformer – 1 set.
• Installation and commissioning supervision of 290 MVA (110 kV) block transformer for Dniester HPP – 1 service.
• Supervision over the pre-commissioning, preparation for long-term storage (conservation) (if necessary) with subsequent commissioning of 290 MVA (110 kV) block transformer for Dniester HPP – 1 service.

Goods shall be delivered within the period of 14 months from the date of the Contract signing. Services shall be provided the period of 16 months from the date of the Contract signing.
