Building a technology plan, with expected value of US$50-100 million
The Vice President of Technology & Innovation at an Australian oil and gas company engaged us to develop a strategic technology roadmap for a mature asset producing approximately 60,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
In close collaboration with the VP, we conducted interviews with 20 stakeholders across the organization to uncover key challenges and opportunities for enhancing operational performance. These insights were synthesized into five thematic areas:

Creating a Turnaround Technology Toolkit
