Become a country partner of

country partner has seen very steep growth since the launch of the platform in 2018. We now have more than 500 registered technologies, close to 100 tech experts and over 50,000 platform users. We have also assisted many key players in the industry in their technology selection and deployment activities.

The platform helps tech suppliers and experts to create visibility for their technologies and expertise, and to attract direct leads. End-users value the platform as it helps them to discover innovative technologies from all over the globe to improve business performance.

As a whole, the platform has served as not just a portal for technologies and experts, it has also facilitated knowledge-sharing in the global energy industry since registered users can have access to deployment profiles and expert reviews of technologies as well as industry best practices and insights from thought leaders.

It takes a village to grow a platform

We are not building and growing the network on our own. A key ingredient of growth is to form partnerships in different countries and with individuals that we find are a right fit to’s  vision. And by now we have established partnerships for UK, USA, Kuwait, India and Sweden, and more recently in  Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Guianas and the Caribbean. These are made possible with the signing up of our country partners Colin Black, Joseph Dischinger, John Minnee, Arvind VasuBettina Bachman and Harvey Bijnaar. These countries either have a large number of innovators or companies that require innovative technologies. Or both!

And we have just started. Our aim is to team up with more partners in other countries, especially those who are driven to introduce technological innovations in the energy sector and related industries

Joining as a country partner

As a partner, you get a percentage of revenues generated by the platform in the country. We don’t expect this to be your full-time job. Even more so: our aim is to form partnerships with people whereby there is a perfect match with your other business activities.

Of course there are other characteristics as well that we want our country partners to possess. We look for partners who have affinity with technology and experience with getting technology sustainably embedded in the business. They must have a good understanding of technology deployment aspects both from the perspective of a supplier and end-user. Aside from the technical aspects, we are also particularly interested in the non-technical aspects that are required to accelerate the uptake of technology. Lastly, the partners need to have an extensive network in the industry, at different levels.

Jointly with the partners, we decide whether it makes sense to promote the global platform in the countries, or to launch a specific version of the country; see for example the platforms launched for the UK and Australia. We’re open to both models, and we can share deeper insights into the why’s for each approach once we start the conversation.

About us

The founders of led technology deployment activities in support of assets across Shell. Over 600 deployments were successfully delivered, resulting in a very significant impact on safety, production and cost. We understand what it takes to get technology deployed, including all change management aspects related to it. Since starting in March 2018, we have supported multiple operators in Upstream and Downstream with technology deployment.

Our platform was developed based on the first-hand experience that it is often difficult for decision-makers to stay up to date on available technology-driven improvement opportunities for their business. It was launched in Q3 2018 and is steadily growing in terms of content & functionality. Since the launch, >50,000 unique users have accessed the platform. We’re also developing customized versions of the platform. For example, jointly with National Energy Resources Australia, we have delivered a customized version of the portal for Australia (

In addition to, we also support suppliers and end-users with getting technology deployment done, through consultancy & workshops.
